For Best Results follow these Instructions
- Fill out form fields as you wish (optional)
- Print onto 8.5 x 11 paper
- Select Actual Size
- Print on Both Sides, Flipping on the Short End
- Select Landscape
- Cut Sheets in half along the cut line
- Organize pages
- Punch holes using the template on the cover
- Place into a Mini 3 Ring Binder for 5.5″ x 8.5″ Paper
